Terms and conditions
Upon requesting a commission from leaffarts, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions stated below.
1. Copyright and Usage RightsI retain the copyright to any commission I produce. You are not allowed to reproduce my work for commercial use without my explicit permission. Personal use such as printing or social media sharing (with credit) is allowed.2. Right to DeclineI reserve the right to turn down any commission request for any reason I see fit.3. Completion TimeframeThe ideal timeframe for completion of your commission is 2-3 weeks from the day of agreement. This timeframe is subject to changes depending on the complexity of the work and my availability. Any changes to the timeframe will be communicated promptly.4. Payment TermsA deposit of 50% of the commission cost must be paid before I begin any sketches or drafts. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the final artwork is delivered.All payments are non-refundable once the work has begun.5. Client Communication and Project RevivalTimely communication is essential. If there is no response from you for more than two weeks, a project revival fee of $20 will be charged to resume work.6. RevisionsYou are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions during the sketch/draft stage. Any additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
Do let me know if you want to make any changes to the sketches/drafts, as your satisfaction is important to me!7. Respectful InteractionPlease be kind and respectful in all communications. I will not tolerate any form of disrespect or abusive language. Constructive criticism is welcomed, but insults are not tolerated.8. Final Approval and DeliveryOnce the final artwork is approved and the remaining payment is received, the high-resolution files will be delivered to you in the agreed format.9. Cancellation PolicyIf you wish to cancel the commission after the deposit is paid but before the work has started, you may receive a full refund of the deposit. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.10. Confidentiality and PrivacyAll personal information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing the commission.11. AgreementSubmitting a commission request means you agree to all of these terms and conditions.
